This week, I stepped on the scale and found I am back to my pre-prego weight... which is a good start...
Tomorrow, I embark on the beginning of losing another 30+ pounds...
I'm excited to get stronger, I feel weak mentally & physically.
I'm hopeful but worried I won't be able to make time for my workouts.
I'm interested to see how juggling our full life will be effected when I start working out... but FIRST... I need to get Gracie taking a bottle! :)
Hoping tomorrow night's workout goes well... Tim with the kids and me... hopefully not throwing up... :)
6 weeks are up... It's time to get back in the game...
The game plan.
eat healthy.
no sugar.
workout 5 times a week (a few at home w/kids, a few with CrossFit)
